Job Descriptions:
- Perform IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti virus protection, warranty renewal), troubleshooting (printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN), servers and communication lines (PABX).
- Strong understanding of network, server, licensing, database, and security fundamentals.
- Software installation, maintenance (licensed renewal) and trouble shooting, in order to ensure systems in all offices are working properly and effectively.
- Determine the hardware and software issue.
Requirements:
- Having a bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is prefer
- Excellent written & spoken English
