IT (Hardware) Officer

Job Description :
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software
- Provide effective training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of all IT assets
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s technology infrastructure
Qualification :
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in computer science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or hardware maintenance role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with common hardware and software applications used in a business environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, handle tight deadlines, or high-pressure situations
- Willing to travel across Indonesia for work assignments
