Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a related role.
- Experience in IT Help Desk support.
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP network concepts.
- Proficiency in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
Job Description:
- Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
- Manage IT assets, including preventive maintenance and asset data updates.
- Handle documentation administration in accordance with ISO standards (FD).
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and help desk services.
- Manage domain systems.
- Administer software licenses.
- Serve as the key account for ERP systems.
