Danamon Banking Officer Trainee (Medan & Binjai)

This program is a 6-month educational program that focuses on providing learning programs related to product and business technical knowledge and skills as well as personal development so that program participants are ready to become Funding Sales Teams to be placed in the Branch Network (Sales & Distribution) work function in all Bank Danamon branches (Medan or Binjai).
Qualification:
- Fresh Graduates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major, minimum GPA of 3.00 or a maximum of 1 year of work experience
- Have an interest in sales
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good analytical skills
- Have good persuasive and negotiation skills
- Target oriented and have high motivation and commitment
- Mastering English is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Medan and Binjai
